Returns & Refunds

At Ed & Al we stand by our products and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason your order is not quite correct you may return the unwashed, unworn and unused item in its original condition with all tags intact.

Ed & Al offers full refunds or store credit on any full priced items returned to us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are also happy to exchange your product. You will be required to pay for the return shipping of the item back to us, as well as the shipping of the new item back to you.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 5 days of purchase and we will assist you.

Please note - If the product has not been washed as per washing instructions, we cannot offer a refund, exchange or store credit.

To exchange or return your order:
1) Email us at hello@edandal.co.nz so we know to keep an eye out for it in the post
2) Provide the following details when emailing us: 
● Invoice/Order Number
● Item you wish to return and the reason
● Please let us know if you would like an exchange, refund or store credit
3) Please post your item along with the original invoice to Ed & Al, 1/6 Church Street, Amberley, CAN, 7410, New Zealand. Please also ensure your item you are sending to us is tracked.

Once we have received the returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for the returned item to be processed.
